I have just completed an African Flower Square Baby Blanket.
Right now I’m thrilled to bits at having completed something that I felt would not see the light of day. With a pattern that comprises of identical squares, I always get bored after a couple of squares. But this time, I did NOT want to give in. I was determined to see it through. And now its DONE!
Its also the first time I’m doing a joining method. For this blanket I used a Flat Braid Joining technique. And the border just comprises of 3 rows of chain links.
I LOVE IT! What do you think?
I looks amazing you did a terrific job 🙂

Would LOVE to know how much yarn you used of EACH color to make this gorgeous Baby Blanket!

Oooh its been a few years.. but if my memory is right, then I must’ve used at least 3 balls of white and 1 ball each of the other colors. The Yarn used is Ice-yarns (Isabella) – but this particular variety is discontinued now.. Thank you so much!
